Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Emami Ltd, has been appointed as the President of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) for 2024-2025 at the industry chamber's 97th annual convention held in New Delhi. 

FICCI also announced leadership updates, with Anant Goenka, Vice-Chairman of RPG Group, being promoted to Senior Vice-President, and Vijay Sankar, Chairman of The Sanmar Group, joining as Vice-President. Agarwal, a second-generation leader of the $3.1 billion Emami Group, brings extensive expertise to his role, steering its FMCG business as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director.
