Nvidia unveils its latest innovation “Nvidia AI Blueprints” developed in partnership with other companies at CES 2025. With this companies can now make their own AI agents for various purposes as the model currently available excels in reasoning, planning, and eventually taking actions. It makes automation efforts by the industry much easier and enhances the deterrence metric.

As the AI industry chalks its way to reach the ultimate goal of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), this innovation by Nvidia sets a major rock into motion down to its goal.

What are AI agents?

Moving beyond traditional chatbots and AI-generated responses, AI agents are poised to shape the future of enterprise AI. In simple terms, an AI agent is an algorithm designed to perform specific tasks on behalf of a human counterpart. As businesses increasingly rely on AI technologies, the emergence of these intelligent agents appears imminent, marking a new chapter in automation and efficiency.

What type of agents it can design?

With the help of this all-new innovation, developers can design and deploy custom AI agents to nearly every major area of work. As the model excels in reasoning, planning, and taking action, the AI agents can act as knowledgeable robots that can quickly analyze large quantities of data, and summarize and distill real-time insights from video, PDF, and other images.

Technologies used

It has been made by integrating the NVIDIA NIM microservices and NVIDIA NeMo, with CrewAI, Daily, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Weights & Biases, and NVIDIA AI Enterprise. These five blueprints — comprising a new category of partner blueprints for agentic AI — provide the building blocks for developers to create the next wave of AI applications aimed at transforming the Industry.

Applications

Among the various applications it can have, its specialty lies in some most important tasks like:

  1. NVIDIA’s PDF to podcast AI Blueprint, built on NIM microservices and text-to-speech models, allows developers to build applications that extract images, tables, and text from PDFs, and convert the data into easily digestible audio content, all while keeping data secure.
  2. NVIDIA Launchables allows developers to build and run the new agentic AI Blueprints in just a single click. It provides on-demand access to developer environments with predefined configurations, enabling quick workflow setup.
