Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) is setting the stage for a breakthrough in India's commercial vehicle segment by announcing the production of hydrogen-powered three-wheelers. These vehicles, developed under the joint venture "Hydrogen Intelligence" with Systemics, aim to revolutionize cargo transportation with a staggering range of 700 kilometers on just 2 kg of hydrogen. The initiative aligns with India's goals to expand its hydrogen economy and reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

OSM's move aims to address urban pollution while supporting the government's focus on green mobility solutions. These three-wheelers are expected to provide a sustainable transport option for last-mile delivery, particularly in urban areas.

Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman of OSM, emphasized the potential of hydrogen technology to transform India's mobility landscape. The company is also reportedly working on creating an infrastructure ecosystem to support these vehicles, including hydrogen refueling stations. By investing in hydrogen-powered vehicles, Omega Seiki Mobility aims to lead the market transition towards cleaner energy sources, positioning itself as a pioneer in India's emerging hydrogen vehicle segment.
