Amazon launches its all-new Echo Spot, the brand new entrant in Amazon’s Alexa Powered Echo devices, which is a smart alarm clock that comes with a variety of custom-designed clock faces, colorful display options, and four newly added alarm sounds. It can support a variety of actions ranging from setting and viewing alarms, to seeing the time, weather, or song titles at a glance. 

It has been endowed with directional speakers to focus sound waves in a specific direction rather than dispersing them broadly. This unique design allows them to deliver audio that is audible only within a targeted area, enhancing precision and minimizing noise spillover.

Colors and variants 

The particular product comes in two different colors- Blue and Black. 

2.83 Display 

It features a 2.8" touch-screen display which can be customised to suit the aesthetic of one's bedroom. It comes with six different color themes for display—orange, violet, magenta, lime, teal, and blue. Users can even mix and match colors with a variety of clock faces.

1.73 front firing speaker 

It comes with a 1.73” front-firing speaker too that offers vibrant sound with clear vocals and deep bass. Just tap the display when you wish to skip songs and adjust the volume with the buttons on the top of the Echo spot, much easier to ask Alexa to do them!

Compatible with Smart Home products 

Echo Spot can be connected with compatible smart home products and used to set up Alexa Routines to help automate daily tasks with a single voice command. Additionally, with Ultrasound Motion Detection available in Echo Spot, users can also create smart home routines to turn on compatible lights or play music when they enter the room.

Pricing 

In India, it's available at a price of ₹8,999, while users can also get it at an introductory limited period offer of ₹6,449.
