Google, an American MNC and technology company, bags two prestigious Global Mobile (GLOMO) awards at the Mobile World Congress (MWC), 2025. Google’s Pixel 9 Pro bags the GLOMO Smartphone of the Year award in succession to the Pixel 8 winning the same award in 2024. Besides, Gemini wins the GLOMO "Breakthrough Device Innovation" award, highlighting Google's leadership in AI-driven mobile experiences.
For 30 years, the GLOMO Awards have recognized excellence in the mobile and digital industry. Judged by over 200 experts, they enhance global credibility and validation.
GLOMO Best Smartphone of the Year Award
The award is given for outstanding performance, innovation, and leadership. These are determined by an assessment of smartphones on the market from January 2024 to December 2024 by world-leading independent analysts, journalists, and influencers.
Its previous recipients include Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max (2022 Winner), Apple iPhone 14 Pro (2023 Winner), & Google Pixel 8 Series (2024 Winner).

GLOMO Breakthrough Device Innovation Award
